Produced by Dominic “Dom” Gibbs in Nashville, TN, this is the first of 12 songs to be released throughout 2019; I’ll be releasing one song per month.
It’s one of my only piano-based songs, but I’m really excited about the chords, lyrics, melodies and harmonies, and both Dom and I think it’s one of the best songs on the upcoming album.
A yearning and hopeful take on love, “Without Wanting To” is a song about taking the leap of faith into the unknown.
“We will never know, looking from the window. And we will never grow, if we don’t go.”
